Admission

Admission depends on the availability of seats.

i] A child who has completed four years on March 31st of the year of admission.

ii] Date of birth certificate:

a) Baptism certificate from the parish [in the case of Christian children]

b) Birth certificate from the competent authority, such as: Govt. Hospital/ panchayat/ NagarpIika/ Maha Ngarpalika/ etc.

iii] Children above 4 years (in the year of admission) are not considered for admission in LKG.

  • No other certificate from whatsoever source, will be accepted.
  • Date of birth once given will not be changed on any account whatsoever.

iv] The child brought for registration must be accompanied by parents.

v] A photograph of the parents along with the child and a single passport size photo of the child to be affixed on the registration form.

vi] Candidates applying for admission will be called for identification along with the parents on the date mentioned

a) children brought for identification should be accompanied by both parents

b) The child should be able to recognize and recite English and Hindi Alphabets and count numbers 1 to 20

c) Recognize colours, flowers, animals, birds and fruits

 i. Date of Birth Certificate as in the school records of the previous class.

ii. Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.

iii. Character Certificate.

 iv. Annual Exams Report Card.

 v. Application for classes above VI will be entertained only if the student is from a recognized English medium school. The Transfer Certificate of the candidates from other board should be countersigned by the competent authority.

 vi. Admission will be taken on the basis of merit. A Written Test and Interview will be taken for this purpose. A minimum of 60% is required in all subjects in the written test to be considered for admission.

 vii. Written Test in this case will be held in all subjects applicable for that class.

NB: registration does not guarantee admission. It will be subject to merit and availability of seat.

i. Students who score a minimum of 60% marks in each subject separately will be called for an Interview along with their Parents.

ii. The following documents are required at the time of Interview:

a) The interview/acknowledgement slip.

b) Date of Birth Certificate issued from the School where the student is studying.

c) The Original Report Card (Mark list) of annual examination/ half yearly.

d) Character Certificate issued from the School where the student is studying.

e) Medical Fitness Certificate: Proforma can be downloaded from the school website. The fitness must be certified by a Physician in Government Service.

  • Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
  • A Xerox copy of the mark list along with the original.
  • Medical fitness certificate certified by the physician in Govt. Service.


a) Admission to the class XI of the ISC course is not automatic for the candidates who passed ICSE examination from this institution. Students are selected for class XI on the basis of : 

1. Their academic performance in the previous classes

2. Minimum of 70% of marks in the preliminary and the board examinations of class X

3. Good conduct and behavior and other social qualifications

4. At least B grade awarded in SUPW 

5. Having at least 80% of attendance in IX and X 

6. At least 70% of marks in each subject opted for the ISC course

 b) The following groups are offered:

1. English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Hindi

2. English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi

 c) Duly filled registration form must be submitted in the office of the school within the mentioned time along with necessary documents

1. Progress report of class X 

2. Character certificate from the school last attended 

3. The documents essential at the time of admission

4. Statement of marks – ICSE exams 

5. Progress report of class IX 

6. Progress report of class XI

7. Character certificate from the school last attended IX and X 

d) There are two streams offered in ISC course the group will be decided on the mark scored by the candidates in the subject in the preliminary and model examinations and ICSE examinations.

The Principal reserves the right to refuse the admission to anybody without assigning reason.
Application of students from outside will be considered only on the basis of vacancy that is after considering the students from this institution.
